B&L Compatible Sample Cups

Displayed below is a complete list of our sample cup offerings to be used in the B&L instrument.  The basic product is our small low cost ring cup and variations of that cup.  To use this cup in a B&L instrument you must first buy the insert that holds the ring cup in the instrument drawer, which is described further in the Accessories portion of this product page.

New Round Sample Cup (Black)

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. This part is a black, round, metal sample cup with quartz glass installed (US-ISIH-0305). When this cup is filled, one may analyze dry, ground food or agriculture products. Once the cup is filled, please use disposable backs (US-ISIH-0309).

Sealed Round Sample Cup with Screw Back

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. This part is a black, round, metal sample cup with quartz glass installed (US-ISIH-0305). The cup comes threaded on the inside and it includes a metal back. When the sample cup is filled, one may analyze dry, ground food or agriculture products. This sample cup may also be used as a check cell after it is sealed.

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. This part is a black, round, metal sample cup with quartz glass installed (US-ISIH-0305). The cup comes with a locking metal back and a foam insert. When the sample cup is filled, one may analyze dry, ground food or agriculture products.

Round Sample Cup Disposable Backs (100 pkg.)

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. This part is a pack of disposable, white, round, foam, core board discs. These core board discs are used to seal ground food or agriculture products in the sample cup (US-ISIH-0307).

Removal Tool

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. With this tool one can easily remove the disposable sample cup backs (US-ISIH-0309) and (US-ISIH-0381).

Sample Cup Filling Tray

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. With this tray one can easily fill the sample cup (US-ISIH-0307) and easily return left over sample product back to the storage bag.

Round Sample Cup Rack

This replacement part is compatible with FOSS NIRSystems sample cup accessories. This rack is used to store the round sample cup (US-ISIH-0307) in vertical towers. The rack will hold 36 round sample cups.

Ring Cup Inserts

These washer-type inserts are designed for those that want to analyze very small quantities of material.  Another use of these washers is to analyze single seeds of a crop. The inserts come with 6 mm, 12 mm, or 18 mm sizes with a hole in the center.

Ring Cup Inserts for B&L Instruments

This insert goes into the B&L instrument drawer where the normal B&L cup is placed.  With this insert in place, all of the ring cups displayed on this product page can be used. Only one insert per instrument is needed.
